SHIPPING POLICY

We ship bird control products to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.

• Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

LOCAL PICKUP

We offer local order pickup in Phoenix, Arizona.

• Select “Pickup” at checkout.
• We will notify you via email when your order is ready and provide pickup instructions.
• Pickup is available during designated hours only.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us immediately at sales@birdfreeproducts.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
