This Refund Policy governs purchases made through birdfreeproducts.com, owned and operated by Bird Free Products (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). The term “you” refers to the purchaser of products on our Website. By making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Products that have been used, installed, or altered.
• Custom or special-order products.
• Clearance or final-sale items.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Contact us at sales@birdfreeproducts.com or robbie@birdfreeproducts.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will issue a Return Authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the product back to us following the provided instructions.

Returns received without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
